Welcome to “Sa Garriga”. Nestled in between the vinyards surrounding the village of Binissalem, you will find our luxurious Country Villa “Sa Garriga”. Restored in 2005, around an old original Majorca Finca, our spacious house still resembles autentic Majorca architecture and charmes combined with modern amenities. “Sa Garriga” lies on a property of about 40.000 qm and its over 650 qm of living area on 2 floors offers you lots of privacy and space for a maximum of 16 persons. Since 2010 a newly built separate Salon of approx. 120 m2 on enclosed space and 120 m2 of terrace is available for conferences, wedding receptions and other events. Please request rates. Also, 2 additional apartments of approx. 50 m2 each are now available for booking. Surrounded by a lucious and well maintained garden of about 2000 qm with fig-, olive- and palm trees, you find a spacious 5 x 11 m pool with sun lounges. Idylic hide-aways with water fountains and beautiful flower beds make the garden an ideal place to spend sunny summer afternoons. We wish you a pleasent stay and a wonderful holiday time at Sa Garriga.

Our finca „Sa Garriga“ lies within a rural setting, close to Biniagual, about 4 km from the village Binissalem. Binissalem is well known for its wineries and also offers you a variety of typical restaurants and good shopping possibilities. „Sa Garriga“ is located about 30 minutes away from the airport and for its central position the ideal starting point to explore the island of Majorca. The wide, sandy beaches of the North Shore are only about 25 minutes away by car. You can reach Palma, the capital within aprox. 25 minutes by car and it will take you only about 50 minutes to get to the small and idyllic „calas“ on the East Coast. You`re a passionate golfer? Try one of the various challenging courses situated within 25 minutes reach.

Rooms
„Sa Garriga“ comes with 7 spacious bedrooms of between 25 to 60 qm. The larger 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and have private terraces to walk out onto. The 3 bedrooms on the groundfloor open up to the covered terraces around the house. All rooms have their private ensuite bathrooms and are decorated with love of detail and rich fabrics.
The larger bedrooms can be equipped with extra beds and for our youngests guests we do have a cot and a highchair available.

Since 2010 we have 2 new appartments, of aprox. 50 qm each, are available as guest accomodations if neccecary. Both appartments are located close to the pool area and are comfortably furnished and equipped. We will email you the prices on request.

The House
At „Sa Garriga“ you will find all the privacy and rest one can wish for a perfect holiday. Covered terraces invite you to leisurely spend summer afternoons in the shade, and the welcoming and elegant atmosphere of our house will instantly make it „your home away from home“. Modern comfort combined with arabic inspired furniture elements and cozy fabrics give this exceptional house an unique charme. A fully equipped kitchen, DVD, and SAT-TV, central heating, partly air conditioning and a HiFi sytem are just a few of the amenities to ensure a perfect stay at “Sa Garriga”. All rooms come with air conditioning. All bedrooms have their private ensuite bathrooms and exite onto terraces. The well maintained exterior comes with a barbeque, a second kitchen lots of covered sitting areas and an outside shower near the pool. In 2010, a salon of aprox. 120 qm has been added to the finca`s amenities. This ample room is located near the pool area and can be rented for multiple purposes and events such as: weddings, conferences or incentive events. The use of this room is NOT included within the normal rental fees.

Prices on request. Next to the pool area, a large Pergola of 20 x 5 m invites to spend some summer quality time in its refreshing shade.

Please note:
There`s our maintanance employee living in a separate appartment on the finca grounds. These appartment is apart from the main house and has a separate driveway, so it will in no means disturb your privacy while staying on „Sa Garriga“. Our employee is there to keep the gardens and pool perfectly maintained for convinience. It comes with aprox. 100 qm of living area, offering a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with an open plan kitchen. The housekeepers appartment has a separate entrance and private parking.
